City Officials are encouraging all residents to sign up for the new Code Red Emergency Alert System, which provides timely notifications during emergencies such as severe weather and public safety incidents.
Even if residents previously registered for emergency alerts, they must sign up again. Prior registrations do not transfer to the new Code Red system, and re-enrollment is required to continue receiving alerts.
The system delivers important information via phone calls, text messages, and emails to help keep the community informed and safe.
