Along with the recent renovations in Lafayette Plaza we want to give a big thank you to Neil Zeitzmann for renovating the bird house as well. It is a complete rebuild of the old bird house taking 35 hours to complete. Using the old bird house as a template he was able to create the new one using western red cedar. The only salvageable parts were the metal strip on top and the bracket on the bottom which he incorporated into the new piece. Using a jewel saw and scroll saw he was able to create the intricate features on the birdhouse. We would like to again thank Neil Zeitzmann for his beautiful birdhouse that will be located in Lafayette Plaza.

They changed the world.
Thank you.

These strategies include conserving and creating vegetative buffers, limiting impervious hard surfaces or replacing with pervious pavers or concrete, and incorporating bio-swales, rain gardens, and amended soils.
