As part of our Company meeting, we held a memorial service to honor the members and loved ones that we lost in the past year:  Explorer Isaac Lashley, Honorary Member Bob Hillermann, Honorary Member George Meyer, Honorary Member Charles McCabe, Honorary Member Dennis Schwoppe, Life Member Tom Frankenberg, past Firefighter Lisa Horn, and Patti Roman, wife of Firefighter Jim Roman. We will miss them. Thank you to our Chaplain, Rev. Craig Wehmeyer, for assisting with the ceremony.
We celebrated the 60-year service anniversary of past Deputy Chief Don Peters. Don and Pat, we are grateful for your steadfast service- thank you!
We are also happy to welcome back past Firefighter Chris Carr.

Subject was causing a disturbance in the 1400 block of West 5th Street. Subject was found to be intoxicated and was taken into protective custody.

N.B. West Contracting will be milling and paving starting next week on the Jefferson Street Project.
This includes Jefferson Street from 5th Street to Highway 100 (see Map).

Work will begin on Monday September 22nd and will take all week. Weather delays may affect this schedule.

Work will be completed between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM. No Parking on streets during working hours.

The road will remain open during construction with traffic delays and flaggers as needed. Please utilize side streets and find alternative transportation routes.

Caution should be used driving on new pavement may track for a few hours after paving is complete. Thank you for your cooperation while we complete this project.

Non-injury traffic crash on East 6th Street and Macarthur Street.

Non-injury traffic crash on Highway 47 at East 5th Street.

Officers assisted with the Borgia Homecoming Parade. Good luck tonight Borgia!

Subject was contacted on Phoenix Center Drive and issued a trespass warning for the property per the owner.

Dog was checked on in the 600 block of Horn Street. Dog had food, water, and shelter.
