*HIGHWAY 100 WORK ZONE TO CONTINUE THURSDAY, MAY 16 THRU WEDNESDAY, MAY 22* Work to shift to daytime work zone and restrictions. From 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Highway 100 from Washington Crossing to South Point Road will have one eastbound and westbound lane closed.

Night Shift Summary 05/14/2024 Peace disturbance reported on Fieldcrest Court. Subject was asked to keep the noise down. Alarm in the 500 block of East 5th Street. Accidental. Non-injury private property crash reported in Washington Corners. Subjects were causing a disturbance in the 500 block of West Front Street. The subjects were found to be intoxicated and were taken into protective custody. They were later released to a sober party.

Once we're finished, the lot will be reopened. The PD Records Office and City Hall will be closed during the ceremony so staff can attend. Our Dispatch Center will remain operational.

Shift summary days 5-12-2024 Suspicious vehicle in the 1500 Block of High Street. Check the well-being in the area of Lakeview Park. Found property in the 3100 Block of Phoenix Center Dr. Assist Motorist in the area of Highway 47/100. REMINDER. When the traffic lights are not working at an intersection because of power being out or they are stuck on a red flashing light that both of these instances should be treated as a 4-way stop. Please be patient and drive carefully.

Night Shift 05/11/24 Assisted EMS in the 1400 block of W. 5th St. A subject was arrested on an outstanding warrant and a different subject was taken into protective custody in the 300 block of Jefferson St. A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Hooker St. A subject was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 400 block of Oak St. during a peace disturbance call. A peace disturbance was reported on two separate occasions in the 600 block of Roberts St. A check the well being was conducted in the area of Stafford St. and W. 5th St. All subjects arrested are innocent until proven guilty.

Shift Summary Nights 05/10/24 Officers responded to the area of W. 5th St. and Dubois for a motor vehicle accident. A peace disturbance was reported in the 500 block of Windy Hills. A peace disturbance was reported in the 300 block of Hooker St. Officers responded to the 400 block of W. 5th St. for an alarm sounding. A peace disturbance was reported in the 400 block of East Lane Dr. A suspicious person was reported in the area of Hwy 100 and Vernaci. A peace disturbance was reported in the 600 block of W. 5th St. A suspicious vehicle was reported in the area of Penn St. and E. 5th St.
