Our Law Enforcement Exploring Program will be hosting a 5k run on May 10th. Proceeds from the run will be used to help send our youth members to a regional mock law enforcement training academy in July.

Day Shift 02/20/25
Officers assisted Washington Fire Department with the smell of gas in the area of Southwinds Circle and E. 14th St.
Assisted EMS in the Washington Square Shopping Center for a medical emergency.
Officers talked to a subject concerning harassment.
Officers responded to the 500 block of Stafford St. for a wildlife call.
A subject was arrested in the Phoenix Center Shopping Center for driving while intoxicated and an outstanding warrant.
A motor vehicle accident was investigated in the area of 8th St. and Locust St.
All subjects arrested are innocent until proven guilty.

Our February trainings were focused on fire protection alarm systems and CPR recertification.
