Day Shift Summary

If you're planning to put a bulky item like a mattress or box spring out to the curb for pickup, please keep in mind: mattresses must be wrapped in plastic for collection.

This is required for the health and safety of residents and workers. Mattress plastic wrap is available online, at grocery stores, and hardware stores. If you choose to use loose plastic, it must be completely sealed and taped on all sides—no fabric should be exposed.

Thank you for helping us keep Washington clean and safe.
