A male subject was arrested during a traffic stop for outstanding warrants.
A report of a dog locked inside a vehicle was called in near the 800 block of East 5th Street. Spoke with the animal owner, the pup was fine. Please keep in mind the temperature when taking your pups for a car ride. It gets hotter than one would think inside of a vehicle!
