Night Shift Summary 04/23/2025 Subject reported property damage in the 900 block of Bieker Road. It was silly string and washed off. Checked on a subject that had their head down on the picnic table at Krog Park. They were fine. Alarm on A. Roy Drive. Accidental. Hazards removed from the roadway in the 200 block of High Street. Subject was reportedly dumpster diving and making a mess in the 200 block of West 5th Street. Subject was found to have an outstanding warrant and was arrested. The mess was cleaned up.

Officers responded to the 200 block of Elm St. for a report of an alarm sounding. Officers responded to the riverfront parking lot for reports of careless driving. Suspicious activity was reported in the area of Carmel Ln. A subject was arrested in the area of E. 8th and Burnside for an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop. Suspicious activity was reported in the area of W. 2nd and Jefferson. Officers assisted a subject having a medical issue in the area of E. 8th and Madison. Suspicious activity was reported in the area of Washington Heights and Hwy 100. All subjects arrested are innocent until proven guilty.
