The January Friends of the Library meeting on Wednesday, January 8 has been cancelled. They will meet again on Wednesday, February 5, 4:00 p.m.

Road conditions have not improved enough for us to safely service our customers. We will be running Wednesday through Saturday and sending additional trucks to get caught up. Monday & Tuesday Recycle will not run this week. We will run Recycle Monday through Friday next week.
Please place garbage out at the curb on their regular service day as we will be working ahead every day to get everything completed by Saturday afternoon.

A dog was found in the area of Mike Alan and Wenona. The dog was brought to the Police Department where it was reunited with it's owner shortly after.
A peace disturbance was reported in the 700 block of Horn St.
A check the well being of dogs outside was requested in the 100 block of E. 3rd. They had been put out and brought back in.
A check the well being was conducted in the 500 block of W. 2nd St.
Officers responded to the 5800 block of Hwy 100 for an alarm sounding.

A stolen vehicle was reported in the 1400 block of Eugenia Drive. The vehicle was later recovered.

A subject was reported to be unresponsive and passed out in the 300 block of E. 5th St.

WINTER STORM
Predicted to have heavy snow and sleet in our area. The transition line has slightly shifted south which is increasing our accumulations slightly of snow and sleet and slightly decreasing the possible ice accumulations.
