Found property was turned in at the police department.
A vehicle crash was handled at High and 14th Street.
A complaint of peace disturbance was handled on the riverfront trail.

The Third Street contractor will be performing base repair, paving and sod installation on East Third Street between Jefferson Street and Highway 47 on Monday, October 7 thru Thursday, October 10 between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please note this schedule is weather dependent. No parking is allowed on this portion of Third Street during this time frame and flaggers will be on site for detours near Highway 47 during paving operations in that area. Peace disturbance on Southwinds Circle. Subject causing the disturbance was asked to leave.
Subject was contacted in the 900 block of East 5th Street who was known to have warrants. Subject was arrested on the outstanding warrants.
Peace disturbance in Washington Crossing. Subject causing the disturbance was asked to leave.
Subject was stopped for a traffic violation in the area of East 5th Street and International Avenue. Subject was found to be driving on a suspended driving privilege. Subject was arrested.
Assisted EMS with a subject yelling for help in the 200 block of Elm Street. Subject was left in care of EMS.

The Parks and Rec team is hard at work pouring concrete for a new pavilion at the Miller Post Nature Reserve. The new pavilion will allow school, scout groups and trail users to get out of the elements while still enjoying the Reserve. Four Rivers students will construct the wood pavilion over the next month or two.
